Pretty Sparkle mainly trades in craft markets. However, please email me at if there are any jewellery items you would like to purchase or order.

Colours and designs are subject to availability.

Prices and Payment

All items must be prepaid via paypal before we will ship them. Please use the email for payment via paypal. (Beadhub Creations is the designer arm of Pretty Sparkle

All prices listed are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are subject to change without notice. Postage and handling charges are not included in the listed price.

Postage and Delivery

Orders will be posted as close to payment confirmation date as possible and within 7 days unless otherwise stated. Orders within Australia will be sent via standard mail with Australia Post and take approximately three days depending on where you live and the postal service we use. In some cases orders may be sent via Express Post within Australia depending on the order. Orders to the USA, Asia, New Zealand and the UK will be sent via registered international post to ensure delivery. This usually takes approximately ten working days.

Payment Gateway

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.

How secure is this store?

This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it


Please note there are no refunds for changing your mind. Refunds are given if goods are faulty. Please note that all goods are handmade and therefore handmade aspects are not considered faults.

If you wish to return your purchase please email beforehand explaining the reason for return first. We can then work out together the best course of action from there.

Product must be returned within seven (7) days of receiving goods.

Postage fees will not be refunded.

If the item is returned after seven (7) days then no refund will be issued.
